反課綱民眾及學生23日深夜闖入教育部，台北市中正一警分局逮捕33人，包括自由時報記者廖振輝、苦勞網記者宋小海，以及獨立記者林雨佑等3名記者，引起爭議。
台北市警察局今天完成「0723反黑箱課綱專案」安全維護工作專案檢討報告，報告中指出，逮捕記者一切合法。
警方檢視群眾自行上傳的照片，3名記者在群眾著手違法架設長梯、侵入教育部廣場時，即在現場攝影記錄，隨後與群眾一同違法侵入教育部圍牆及建築物，經查事先未有向教育部申請之證明，違法行為事證該當，並無不予移送事由。1040728
